2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same network address is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended.

2.3 Accurate Information

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access the account is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, cb66's support team must be notified immediately.

The registered user is responsible for all transactions and activities carried out on the account, unless they can demonstrate that a transaction occurred without their knowledge and that the support team was notified in a timely manner.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

cb66 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be used.

The time for a successful deposit to reflect in the account balance may vary depending on the payment method and network. cb66 does not add any extra charges on deposits; however, the payment provider's own terms may apply.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. However, if account verification is incomplete, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

4.3 Transaction Limits

cb66 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions. If any transaction appears irregular or inconsistent with the pattern of platform use, cb66 may request further information or temporarily suspend the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at cb66, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — before this bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be met.

Bonus funds are not direct cash. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement. The wagering requirement applicable to a bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Operating multiple accounts, using false identities, or any other deliberate misuse for the purpose of earning bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

cb66 runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated alongside that offer. Where there is a conflict between the general terms and the terms of a specific offer, the terms of that offer will take precedence.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

cb66's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users can advance to higher levels based on regular play.

Weekly cashback is provided at each level: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% at Diamond. This cashback applies to the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

Cashback is generally processed every Monday. cb66 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Decisions

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. cb66 will not be liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection or device issues. Users are responsible for ensuring their own network and device are in working order.

7.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, cb66 uses internationally recognised sources for scores and results. If a match is cancelled or suspended for undetermined reasons, cb66 will decide whether the bet remains valid, and that decision will be considered final.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a software bug or technical issue causes an abnormal game result, cb66 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. In such cases, the user may not claim that the result was in their favour.

8 Prohibited Activities
